Hi guys i hope you can give me an advice.

So guys what would you think which heresy legion would be fluffy for this moritat guy?

Any legion could have them, save Salamnders (because they're pansies)

Of the Legions they would seem most likely, Alpha Legion, Blood Angels, Dark Angels, pretty much the ones everyone else has mentioned already.

Honestly, Word Bearers would probably fit more than most too. They have their own special destroyer cult and everything. An Ashen Circle themed Moritat would be :cussing awesome!

Thank you guys,

My problem is, originally i planned starting Thousand Sons, but the more I read, the more I Think that The Moritat and maybe Destroyers for him are really really unfluffy :( when I tend to Thousand Sons -.-

You know about the Order of Ruin, right?

I would think that there might be some great opportunities to create fluff for a Night Lords moritat. Seems right up their alley.

It sure does, I could see Night Lords using a moriat as a sort of assassin/saboteur who would be used to spread terror before the main assault.

Thank you guys,

No, what is the order of ruin?

Just look a what the Pyrae do with their powers. A Moritat would be right at home.

Actually from Inferno,The Thousand sons do make use of Destroyers. One of their cults, called the "Order of Blindness" is where their scouts and Destroyers are located in the command Hierarchy, which was led defacto by Amon.

The Order if Ruin are siege masters and Logistics, and the Order of the Jackel are temple guard/champions and Medicae.

So Amon is in charge of the Order of Blindness and the Hidden Ones or are they summed up now?

Both, perhaps, if then Order of Blindness contains the scouts? From the bits of Inferno released, it looks like the three Red Orders are another layer of mystic strangeness layered on top of the regular companies/fellowships of the XV legion, just like the five cults. So conceivably you could have a legionary who is part of Amon's 8th Fellowship, part of the Raptora cult, and part of the Order of Blindness.

I was never clear though if the term Hidden One applied to all TS scouts or just their deep cover sleeper agents. I mean we don't really even see them in Prospero Burns, just the daemon-Amon.

So it's like a mini version of the Hexagrammaton, aye? ^^

Liking it. Gives them a special flavor.

I am Anaxis Kalieros, high magister of the Pavoni, silent blade of the Jackals, captain of the 7th fellowship, the master of I-own-enough-titles-for-nearly-two-lines

Well, as The Thousand Sons well know, names hold a lot of power.

I find that naturally, the Death Guard are probably the most fitting with the vast amounts of Destroyer sections within the Legion. And what we know of the nature of the Destroyers, especially in this Legion ("Distant Echoes of Old Night"), they pretty much fit right into that cold blooded Murderer type mould. Its only a small jump from a destroyer squad to lone wolfing.

Night Lords, Iron Warriors and the Alpha Legion are also good shouts. Although the Alpha Legion might be more inclined to push Saboteurs rather than Moritats.

Certainly, the Death Guard are the fluffiest choice. Regularly fighting on hellish worlds, and having constitutions that could handle absurdly toxic substances even by Space Marine standards, they were far more willing than most to use any weapon at their disposal, so much so that Ferrus was concerned about them polluting worlds that were ripe for settling.

Once the Heresy got underway, any squeamishness went right out the window and they began using phosphex as a void weapon among other fun things.
