So while in a transport, the following applies: Fulgrim does not improve combat bonuses or re-roll reserves. Perturabo's sons do not get stubborn. Dorn does not grant his leadership or bonuses to assault results. Guilliman does not improve leadership. Raven Guard don't get full distance runs. Alpharius does not grant preferred enemy. Good to know. Seems silly that one Primarch boosts everyone's leadership regardless, while others only while stomping around on foot.
