worldshatterer
Legio Custodes have the Preternatural Skill special rule that gives them +1 Initiative in Assault if their Weapon Skill equals or exceeds that of their opponent. Would this rule apply even when a Custodian is using an Unwieldy weapon which would make them strike at Initiative 1? TompiQ
As per the rules for multiple modifiers no, unwieldy means a set value of initiative 1 which you apply after other modifiers unless those specifically are said to apply after set values. Preternatural skill has no such exception included. worldshatterer
Too long playing Iron Warriors and shooting people off the board has clearly cultivated a blind spot for basic rules in me. Cheers for clearing that one up. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/331008-unwieldy-and-preternatural-skill/#findComment-4656454 Share on other sites
