PotL states that a 'majority' of units must have LA. So, if you have a PotL list with an even number of units, can you have half with LA, and half without? The only reason I bring Primarch's Chosen into this is that it specifically states you must have more units with LA then without, compared to PotL's restrictions, What do you consider to be correct in regards to PotL?
