2500 Secutarii Mechanicum

Hello everyone, after finally getting my hand on the rules from Inferno I have been able to start brainstorming and putting together a list based around the Secutarii units for the Mechanicum. Idea is to have a 2500 point force soley built for 30k games as my local meta is friendly towards 30k vs 40k matches while the rest of my army is geared soley for for 40k. This is my first attempt at this list so please let me know what you think and thanks for posting!

​TACTICS:

 

-Dominus sits with one of the Thanatars ensuring they are 12 inches away from the 2nd one to keep control with his Cybernetic Controller. The Tech Thralls from the Covenant will babysit them or sit on objectives.

 

-Hoplites and Peltasts will form backbone of my army providing me with a large force of infantry, each Hoplite Phalanx will be led by a Axiarch to ensure I maintain the Binaric Stratagem, in this case probably +1 to my FNP for all Secutarii units.

 

-2 Vultarax to swoop around helping deal with Armor/Anti-Air primarily

 

-Thanatars and Porphyrion do their thing helping me against infantry heavy armies with their Blast Weapons or even assist against armor in the case of the Porphyrion.
