I'd say just a normal Flamer is better than a HB if I'm honest. You don't have to roll to hit and you will usually get more hits anyway that all "rend" !

Musings

• Right, so it's been ages since I've played this list (last time being April 2017) and I'm now used to a completely different system, so let me know if anything is off
• Master of Signal is going to sit with the HS Squad in the Rhino. Yes I know it's not optimal but I have the BA restriction to get around...
• Speaking of which, I remain 7-6 in favour of Troops over vehicles.
• Have I got suitable veteran traits for the units in question? FWIW I'm up against Salamanders but I'm looking for a TAC list rather than a tailored one
• Five units to get objectives, hopefully the rest of the armour will take the heat away from them. Dreadnought is a distraction, and the Scorpius/HS Rhino will sit back. Not sure what else will roll together (must remember to move my Cerberus though!)

Why do a squad of vets have weapon master? They got no combat upgrades!
