TheUndefeatedGaul
Greetings all, Some of you may have seen my work in progress thread; http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/topic/327737-kill-teams-random-projects-guilliman-progress-page-2/ But I thought I would make a thread for my finished pieces. This is my first foray into miniature building and painting at seven years, so critique is highly valued if you have any. Without further adieu, my first completed mini - Roboute Guilliman in his 40k incarnation He was my first time sculpting a cloak ever, I know it could have come out smoother but hopefully my next one will be better. ] C&C welcome Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/332744-gauls-finished-projects-guilliman-page-one/ Share on other sites
Debauchery101
Looks great man. For the next cloak try maybe using a 1 inch wooden dowel to putty it while making your creases. That way when its getting to the harder stages you can use a smoothing tool and it wont disform your folds and be stable to smooth Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/332744-gauls-finished-projects-guilliman-page-one/#findComment-4705526 Share on other sites
Dr_Ruminahui
Even if the picture isn't as good as you hoped, the sword still looks awesome. Nice work! I'll definitely be trying it in the future, as I want to create some cloaks for minis I want to use in Shadow War. Even if the picture isn't as good as you hoped, the sword still looks awesome.
