I've seen some people do red with a black stripe. Is that accurate? I don't think there is an official answer to this one yet. Same with their shoulder colour. Sergeants get black, captains stay red. Liutenants get...? Can make arguments for any colour arrangement so ultimately do what you want. But I'm kind of waiting for some official info before painting them up fully.
