Russ standing up straight would definitely be taller than Lorgar, as he's actually about the same height in that hunched, running pose. Their display bases are the same diameter, too. Odd. They're not really next to each other then, the white back ground should have clued us to that. It looks like the perspective of the models are different next to each other, with Magnus in particular "zoomed" in more compared to Lorgar and Russ.
