2000 IV Legion's Pride

I'm trying to build a list of what I actually own out of the IW forces I've been building and building a background for over the last couple of years. I've wanted to get my hands on some missile bits to turn the cataphractii into Iron Tyrants for awhile, but I've honestly seen worse lists before. I'm going to be looking for games again so I figured I'd ask for some feedback from the best online 30k community I've found. I won't be able to pick up any major FW purchases any time soon since I'm living in mainland China right now, but I can always fiddle with upgrades for my existing models. Plus I still have 30 MkIII marines sitting in sprues waiting for a purpose. I'll either use them to bump it up to 2500 or start that XIII Legion army I've always wanted.

I really want to drop the lascannons for autocannons and add a scorpius, but I already dropped the coin on the lascannons. I do realize that they're pretty much a glass cannon and not in a good way.
