Shadow War Armageddon: Rogue Traders/Void Pirates

Hey all,

 

After downloading the Inquisition Kill Team list, I decided to adapt it a little (basically crossed with bits from the IG list) to create a Rogue Trader/Void Pirates Kill Team for those wanting to build their own crew! My initial impression upon reading these rules was that the list was very much like an Inquisition list. It may have felt too much like an Inquisition list, in fact. While the Inquisition list is good as a model, I'd like to see the Rogue Traders be a distinct alternative. Practically speaking, this list has the potential to serve as a model for all kinds of adventurers and mercenaries, stepping outside of a pure "Armageddon" campaign and serving as a vehicle for all sorts of settings/campaigns. It will be a challenge to keep such a list within the limits of the model that GW has provided (though this might be accomplished with multiple variations on a theme).

Thanks for reading through, Bro T. Yep, it was deliberately kept as close as possible to existing lists to make sure no-one would object to playing against it? The Inq list was very much the starting point, mixed with the IG list to give the kill team a more shooty flavour (as opposed to the Inq list's CC bias). I was considering adding some xenos options to the main body of the team, but again to keep things simple and balanced I figured that kind of flavour could be added by the selection of S.O.s available.
