The next group of civilians belong to the Administratum.  These are the stereotypical blandly-clothed pencil pushers and bean counters that blend into the grimy background of M41 life.

The model on the far left is from HITECH Miniatures, and the other four are all from Scibor Miniatures.  I purposefully used an unassuming grey palette and varied the shades across the group.  I don't know where these might fit into games of SW:A, but they'll certainly work well for NPCs in INQ28.

The next group may take a little more time to chew through, as I tackle representatives from the hive's high society.

It took me a while, but I finally ground my way through the next set of civilians.

The Lord and Lady in the middle, easily representing a Planetary Governor, Rogue Trader, or other VIPs, are from the (Return to) Colony 87 line.  As for the attendants behind them, the Vizier and Archivist on the far left are also from Colony 87.  The Advisor and Soothsayer next to them at from HI-TECH Miniatures (the sculpt quality was not as nice as I'd hoped) and the Weapons Master on the far right is from Full Borer Miniatures.

What's next?  I have at least one more minor batch of civilians left in my TO DO pile, and a few more items for the Arbites.  However, my Shadow War campaign has come and gone so I'm likely to find another itch to scratch in the near future.  I'm sure I'll find my way back to this eventually!
