ShadowCore67
Hey all, quick question: When exactly did Dark Angels start using that robed angel/watcher in the dark as a part of their iconography? I'm starting to model my heresy era DA and would like to know if using that iconography would be fluff friendly. Brother-Captain Sharp
The Watchers in the Dark were in ancient Calibanite legends, but were only sporadically seen before the Lion's fall. Robes were used in the ancient knightly orders that fought against the Chaos beasts, so would definitely be prevalent in Heresy Era. It'd make sense for it to be one of their symbols from very early on.
