3k Raven Guard (from AL)

Hello I've decided to join the Raven Guard's legion even if I started with AL, some problems made me change sides but I kinda liked the way AL played so I tried to match it in RG.

Any suggestion? :) 

1) I yet have to buy the batteries so those are just filling points atm
2) I still have 65 points left but I don't know how to place them
3) I'd like to have something using droppod but atm I don't have any and I'd stick with rhynos and the spartan (quite mandatory since I spent quite a few $ here)
4) I don't own a Storm Eagle, I know it would greatly fit better but that's the situation
5) This won't be the final list but a starting point from the things I actually own, which are in the img I'll be attaching at the end of the post, so if you can work on those pieces I'd much appreciate ^^
6) I may be an AL infiltrated in RG but who cares, you know nothing and I'm no Alpharius :P

Two main weaknesses I see with this list.

 

First one, generally you're not spending pts effectively because a unit of 10 marines is cheaper than 5 pts per model wise. You have 3 units of 5 where that's the case. I'd drop one of those units of 5 and increase the numbers of your other units to make them more effective. Same case with the terminators, a unit of 5 in a Spartan is a lot of pts but not terribly effective. Increasing their numbers by dropping something, maybe the rapiers would be effective.

 

Second main weakness is your anti armor capabilities, specifically against really tough av14 vehicles. At 3k pts you can be facing super heavies like a fellblade. Most cost effective way of dealing with that would probably be taking a lightning with kraken missiles. If you need pts those autocannon marines aren't as useful so you can drop them.

As for the two problems you showed:
1) I know I'm not optimizing the list but those are the models I currently own, I was then looking at using them before jumping into buying more... The terminators you're right what would you change them with? Better deploy a blob inside the spartan? :) 

2) The rapiers are in to fill points (and I don't own the models too). What would you add then? :)

How would you change the list based on the two problematics?
