Welcome to the Necron Unit of the Week Series!

 

Each week a different unit will be highlighted for discussion until we have amalgamated a full list of our available options and their relevant tactics as 9th edition evolves. This will include not only matched play, but free play considerations as well as Crusade, as these methods of play are just as relevant and exciting.

 

While the 8th edition topic was a valuable resource, with the advent of 9th edition, a new codex, and lots of shiny new models, we have plenty of new things to discuss! These discussions may evolve as time goes by, FAQ's are introduced, and other content from GW is released, in the vein of Psychic Awakening and the like, so please feel free to reopen these discussions if you feel new tactics or new interactions have become relevant.

 

Some models may be covered together (for example, the various Crypteks may be examined together, or the destroyer lords), as we have quite a few new models and entries to get through.
