ultramarines primaris in the reserve companies

so.....looking at the sweet new models I have decided to to an all primaris ultramarine army. I have always wanted to focus on a mix of marines from the reserve companies as...well we never see them and the diversity I think would look cool.

the basic line marines will all be from the 7th, the new sweet  devastators from the 9th and I am still deciding what to do about the captain but should I use the new jump marines from the 8th or 9th co?

they feel like they could go into both personally.

also is they any fluff on the new primaris and where they fit?

So far we've seen Primaris Marines with 2nd and 3rd company markings, which fits the fact that in Gathering Storm III elements of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd companies followed Guilliman to Terra and logically would be the first ones to ascend to/be reinforced with Primaris. There's no source saying that Primaris didn't go to other companies including reserve ones though, so you should be alright.
