Mortis with Two Auto-cannons finally as cool as it looks... Not to mention we got access :biggrin.:

No rules for targeting flyers if stationary though :sad.:

......3 images into the leak and the link breaks :censored:

Man, that was almost the only sheet I wanted to see. What's the benefit of Mortis Dreads if they don't shoot Flyers more effectively...?

Link above works again now - but there is only the Mortis and Contemptor for loyalists, everything else is Chaos.

Though, you can get an idea of most guns and rules from those.

BUT Benefit is that Contemptor Mortis are not Relics, just normal units so you don't need to heed those restrictions, but are a little weaker than the Relics.

Dang squared. I am curious about the normal Mortis Dreadnought, not the Contemptor variants. I can easily play my two Dreads as tl-auto tl-las each but was hoping there was some benefit to taking the Mortis variant (like negating the -1 shooting airborne targets on staying still the previous turn) and having two of the same weapon on one model.

Came home and got the book in the mail.

Normal Mortis has nothing about shooting flyers.

It's just a Double weapon dread that's a heavy support choice.

Heavy weapons need to be identical and are:

Twin Heavy Bolter

Twin Auto Cannons

Twin Lascannon

Assault Cannon

Multi-Melta

Heavy Plasma Cannon

Missile Launcher (never take this, it's still only single shot Kraks)

No other options.

Any other questions guys?

Oh hey, the siege dread I randomly got off ebay now has usable rules! Shame the Dread Inferno Cannon is the cringe worthy 8" range.

Leviathan Storm cannon:

24" Heavy TEN S7 -2ap 2D
