You got 2 fragile units on the table turn 1, that's easy to take down even at 1k. Also don't you need to have a Centurion or a Praetor as your compulsory HQ with Wolves?

Are you partaking in the escalation campaign at NOVA?

 

I think Fell Hand counts as a preator/centurion for the purposes of the SW rule.

 

Two fliers is going to be almost impossible for many 1k lists to deal with, however you're also taking a big risk in leaving almost all your army in reserves. Couple bad reserve rolls and you'll be stuck with half your army off the board until turn 3 or even 4, and while I think the jetbikes can survive at least for a turn 2+ might be difficult. You might want to consider dropping one flier for something with a presence on the board.

That was the hope yes, the first round of the escalation campaign, and that was my understanding that Greigor here counted as a Centurion, as would Hvarl Redaxe.

And this is my main fear- either it would be to hard to deal with because  people arent likely to bring enough AA or its going to be to easy to deal with because they have brought so much AA.

A storm eagle and a fire raptor is a lot of airpower for a 1k list, I don't think anyone would be building a list to face that much firepower. At most I'd say you'll be facing a single mortis contemptor or a deredeo, which you should be able to take down with both your aircraft concentrating firepower. The only issue I see with the list is you could get stuck with bad reserve rolls, leaving one of your aircraft off the battlefield until turn 3 or even 4 if you're unlucky, and by then a mortis/deredeo might take out your other flier.
