Hi,

After failing my research of a great Blastmaster count as/proxy, i was asking if someone ever tried to convert a forgeworld sonic blaster into blastmaster by cutting the end and greenstuffing a longer barrel ?

Still on Noise marines, any idea of wich paint (GW or Vallejo reference) to get this OSL effect on sonic weapon : 04a1054a906e186ef03d2661a192226e.jpg

And last question, anyone get an idea to represent Eternal Hunger on Chaos Tank for the poor souls without a green(stuff) fingers ? Some bits idea ?

I have seen a few conversions while randomly browsing google. One I remember was taking the long barrel of the GW blastmaster and fitting it onto a FW cacophony.

I myself use the FW weapons for sonic blaster while I made my own blastmaster to set them apart.

Basically I cut up a gravcannon and added bits to it. One idea I would like to throw out there for a blastmaster.

I have not. I preordered the Kakophoni the moment they went up. When I finally got them I used them as my blastmasters for a long while. Then I found a treasure trove of the guns on eBay and decided since I started making my own blastmasters I will use the FW goodies as sonic blasters.

I had been thinking of extentinding the barrel and adding tubing that would end in openings similar to trumpets and other horn instruments. Just to make it look like it pushed out more noise as a blastmasters does. I feared it would look like something from Dr. Seuss however.
