Different Point Costs Primaris

I don´t know if there is already a thread about it or if it´s just a problem with the german version but the point costs of the Primaris in the Primaris-Booklet of the Dark Imperium box is less than the point costs of the Index book.

 

Is this on purpose or just a mistake?

At this stage, the Index would be largely considered to be the correct points cost, as that will be the one the majority of players will have.

Of course, I did use the Index points too at my first game but I was curious why there is a difference. After all, you could at least use another unit with the Primaris-Booklet.
