So, Watch Captain Artemis has Unstoppable Champion where he ignores wounds on a 6. There's also the Warlord Trait Tenacious Survivor that's basically the same thing. Is it considered a legal move that I get to virtually roll my failed attempts to ignore the wounds twice?

Nope. You can't re-roll the same dice twice.

There is no reroll involved. Both abilities allow you to roll a die, when the character suffers a wound. There is no rule against having abilities that do the same thing on a successful roll. Yes you can roll both dice and if either one is a 6, Artemis does not lose a wound.

There's a precedent already set: Eldar have a power giving 5+ FNP but explicitly states that it cannot be used if the unit has a similar ability (like the AoK's 5+ FNP). Nurgle also get a save of their own that doesn't say it doesn't work with similar abilities.

So for now I'd say that can be used together, but don't be too surprised if it's FAQ'd.

To be fair, the rolls are coming from two different sources. One from the character ability, and the other from a warlord trait. It would probably not make Artemis invincible, but he will at least be the stubborn son of a :censored: he was meant to be. :smile.:
