I was wondering if I could get some tips on highlighting Kabalite Green. So far what I've done is Kabalite Green, Nuln Oil, Kabalite Green leaving the recesses, then a highlight of sybarite. I can't decide if I've missed a step or whether it needs a finer highlight.

You might find Gauss Blaster Green a good colour for the finest highlights. Perhaps the gap between that colour and Sybarite is too far but looking at the GW page it looks suitable to me. I don't own Sybarite green so I can only tell from what I see online.

Gauss blaster would look great as a real small corner or maybe a dot on the corner to mimic a shine from the light.  Try a couple of spots before doing a whole squad to see if you like it because it may look like a glow.  I have been using it on a few swords and the crystals on my Tzeentch bases.  For power armor, you may prefer to mix the Sybarite with a little white or even mix the Gauss Blaster with the Sybarite.

It looks good as is, but one more highlight would make it look great. The hard part is making it even finer than the first one. That is indeed the "missing step" if you're following GW's 'Eavy Metal method. Two edge highlights minimum.
