Painting Eldar skin

For those who use Citadel paints, what recipe do you use for painting pale (but not Dark Eldar level pale) skin? I'd like to give some more variation to my imperial guard ... I'll use the skin colour recipes given in "How to Paint Citadel Miniatures" but want to put some especially pale guys in there (maybe some navy types).

Use bone colours, Idk what they are called by now.

Here are two recipes that might work for you:

 

Chaos Cultist: - Medium Northern

Bugman's Glow undercoat

Cadian Fleshtone basecoat

Bugman's Glow wash

Kislev Flesh glaze layer

Kislev Flesh / Rakarth Flesh (75/25) glaze layer

Kislev Flesh / Rakarth Flesh (50/50) glaze highlight

 

Hallvardr Fyreslayer Skin: - Light Average

Bugman's Glow undercoat

Cadian Fleshtone basecoat

Bugman's Glow wash

Cadian Fleshtone glaze layer

Cadian Fleshtone / Rakarth Flesh (75/25) glaze layer

Cadian Fleshtone / Rakarth Flesh (50/50) glaze highlight

My quick method is base with Kislev Flesh, Wash with Reikland Fleshshade, Layer Kislev Flesh, Highlight Flayed One Flesh.

Not sure if it's pale enough for you but I used to use Elf Flesh (Base) / Pallid Flesh (1st Highlight) / 1:1 Pallid Flesh and Skull White (2nd Highlight)
