Shooting multiple weapons

The rules state "Unless otherwise stated, each model in the unit attacks with all the ranged weapons it is armed with."

 

Just to be clear, this means Tacticals can fire their boltgun and their bolt pistol?

And likewise, if they have replaced their boltgun, can fire a special / heavy weapon and their bolt pistol?

Pistols cannot be used with other weapons. Other then that you can fire whatever you have. Edited July 12, 2017 by Pvnisher

It's on page 180.  Pistols are "otherwise stated."

Grenades are also "otherwise".

this should be pinned or put in most commonly asked questions. i would have thought that i could shoot the pistol and ranged weapon at same time if i had not read this.

The pistol and grenade rules clearly state they can't be fired with other weapons etc and are part of the shooting phase rules.

 

Ie this falls solidly under read the rules in full. This isn't a dig at you or anything but I keep seeing this one in various places and it bugs me because the rules are in the core shooting phase rules. There really is no reason for so many people to be missing it.
