hey guys(and gals :ermm: )

working on my Ad_mech army (fallout 4 theme) and im painting up greyfax to either be an allied Inquisitor (herself) or as a stand in Dominus.

now iv'e painted her base colours and went with some bone white on armour parts (a nod to synths in FO4) having trouble choosing colours for her weapon which i have modded a bit to look more ad-mech like

here are some shots 1- this pic is with the weapon arm on so you can see it as shot 2 has the arm off :blush.: 2- how she looks now in her armour.

i was thinking of mixing a green(scaly) with black to have a black casing with a slight tint ....

C&C appreciated ...thanx in advance

Nice to see another Fallout guy. Anyways, your colors look really crisp and solid, great job there. To be completely honest,I really can't find anything to criticize, but if I had to nitpick, to keep with the Fallout theme, I'd suggest some moderate-heavy weathering, not necessarily all chipping, but a couple of metal scratches on the model, and a decent amount of powder or oil paint.

thanks for the feedback, but shes only in early basecoat stage's :happy.:  i intend to do exactly what you have mentioned   .... so you did some fallout inspired stuff?... care to share?..

Cheers Mithril

I second KrautScientist. No gun, or one that's less unwieldy.

Having said that, the conversion and your paint job is absolutely fantastic. Very well done. Not sure how I'd paint her weapons, if any, but a lazy choice that (I think) literally always works would be oily, grimy boltgun metal plus some dirt and weathering mirroring your basing scheme?

Thanks for the feedback and ideas guys....

@krautScientist- never thought to use a slender weapon ,thinking about brings to mind a phosphor serpenta may fit the bill ?!...

I reckon the arc pistol from the skitarii kit would suit her look- but it's probably not good enough to use on the table...
