Felix Antipodes Posted July 18, 2017 Share Posted July 18, 2017 While I cannot see the High Lords creating a "Scrubs" Chapter - it is not their role within the setting - I could envisage a scenario in the updated fluff where a Chapter trapped on the wrong side of the great rift allies with a Sisters Hospitaler unit, with the Astartes pushing out the forces of Chaos and the sisters attempt to get the populace up on their feet again in their wake. As others have said, make your idea fit the setting not the reverse. Laughingman Posted July 18, 2017 Share Posted July 18, 2017 If I recall from the short story Final Duty the Hospitallers chapter appears to interact with regular humans and provide medical aid. Though a hasty retreat requires them to euthanize the critically ill patients.
