3rd party or conversion for Angelos/DOW2 style shoulderpad

Does anyone know if there's a third party bit or a simple conversion to replicate this style of shoulderpad?

I see a shoulderpad like it in the Dark Angels conversion kit, but that has no giant aquilla, and the giant aquila shoulderpads in existing kits are both oversized, part of the pad rather than raised detail, and generally don't even have rims.

 

Alternatively, any idea how to replicate or buy a pad like the eagle one from

Peep the shoulders on the 30K Ultramarine eagle faces.

Thanks, but the eagles on those are about a third too big for what I have in mind.
