Any experienced Armageddon Pattern Medusa/Basilisk builders?

So I have an Armageddon Pattern Medusa and the Basilisk cannon, how easy would it be to magnetise the two different weapons for this vehicle?

 

Anyone have experience with this?

I have magnetised the standard Medusa which now seems to have vanished from the FW website.

You will have to make sure that the gun will be thin enough to slide in and out through the gap but the magnets themselves are no problem.
