I think 60 of them combined with "forward for the emperor" will give most things a turn 2 heart attack.

Maybe even turn 1 since they can advance and shoot. Hmm. Move 6", advance an average of 9.5" more, and 12" range on the shot guns for 23.5" on the first turn.

You can fire assault weapons at -1 bs.

Yes, normally you can shoot assault weapons if you advance, but if you're using the Move! Move! Move! order, which is what I was responding to (2 moves followed by shooting), that is not legal.  The second advance you get from Movex3! replaces your shooting for that turn.

Technical correction, though, you do not shoot at -1BS, you suffer a -1 to hit, which is far worse, because it means you overheat on 1s or 2s.

You can use orders to advance and shoot.

Also correct, but only if using the Forwards, for the Emperor! (which also would prevent the penalty to hit from above).

I put together about 36 of them.  My issue was that they looked more like "heroic scale" dkok and didn't blend too well with my already assembled DKoK models.

My original plan was to assemble them to use as "conscript allies", but the cheap-o 2 piece cadian sets were barely more expensive. So I bit the bullet and got 150 cadians.

I'm still trying to decide what to do with my 36 warzone minis.

I bought two of the box sets in the Portuguese language for like $25 each + shipping from Europe. 160 minis total. I've got about 25 of the Imperials assembled as well. I'm thinking of either using the Imperials as different DKoK units, or perhaps using them as chaos renegades.

I don't actually have any of the DKoK models so the scaling isn't really a problem for me.
