But for us, the most important thing was probably the COMPLETE change or our Infernum Halo-Launcher:
'You can re-roll save rolls of 1 for this model if it is equipped with an infernum halo-launcher and it has the Supersonic ability.’

So what do you think? As it seems most people have always used the Auspex Array in the past, it's nice for them to switch it up to give us a reason to test both. And this actually seems... sweet. :)

It's definitely easier to grasp compared to the original ability, for sure. Exchanging the to hit modifier for a save re-roll instead. I do not know if it's a game changer, but I think it's a good change all the same.

With that said, I need to buy some sticky notes and a pen. Because I am gonna do a lot of overlapping.

Well the rest were basicly wording/fixes right?
It was always 4 Heavy Weapons, the Dread just had the wrong named weapon.
But it's nice that they get to keep their grenades I guess, honestly I never thought about them loosing their grenades when switching out the weapons.

Yep, that change was just to prevent people from exploiting the wording and keeping a melee/pistol when getting a Heavy/HTH. It doesn't change anything for us except clarity.

At least they realized how stupid and easily exploitable the understrength units were, and fixed it.

Master-crafted bolters, if not available plasma pistols or if you want keep HQ cheap, bolt pistol I guess. Alternatively you can splurge on combi-plasma but the only unit where it's worthwhile it's captain and he has that nice free D2 gun anyway...

What weapon do people like on the Primaris Captain? Stalker seems OK for babysitting Stalker kill teams and shooty Dreads.

That's what I did as well. I'm gonna pair him up with my 3 stalkers/2 infernus kill team (or 3 stalkers/2 missiles), and probably plop a razorback next to it (or my deredeo dreadnaught). It enhances a lot of back line firepower, which is what we tend to lack. IMO.
