Artillery and Fortifications

I'm not the most educated chap when it comes to Heresy and 7th Ed rules - my question is: What are the rules for Artillery units being either embarked inside a fortification or placed on the battlements of a fortification? Is this legal?

 

The specific example I'm thinking of is throwing an Auxilia Heavy Ordnance Battery in a Wall of Martyrs Imperial Bunker to gain the AV14.

Pretty sure only Infantry models can embark into a building with the same restrictions as vehicles. On top of battlements is a little different, basically if they can get up there in deployment or through the course of the game they can be there within reason. I am not a massive fan of people deploying vindicators and suchlike onto the top of buildings where they have no possible way to get off or get up in the first place (air drop is a kind of weak and over used reasoning).
