Perhaps the largest change (and one that has been hotly debated here for close to a decade) is the inclusion of = XENOS Forum =. This includes requisite LIBER sections for your DIY XENOS armies and army list forums.

 

Beyond that, XENOS are now permissible in the entirety of THE FORGE.
