olcottr
I magnetized the back of my metal techmarine and the servo-arm backpack so I could swap it out with a jump pack. Unfortunately the servo arm rotates down when I attach the backpack. I was thinking about putting another magnet on to keep it upright, but I'm not sure where I would put it. Has anyone else magnetized the metal techmarine and servo-arm backpack together successfully? Carlson793
Not familiar with the particular model, but would it be possible to attach a tiny dot of material (plastic, resin, bit of pinning rod, etc.) on the backpack to act as a stop/rest for the arm? Something that would prevent the arm from drooping/rotating, but that wouldn't be too noticeable, perhaps even mistaken for an odd bolt. Grotsmasha
Yep, if there's space pin it as well to stop it rotating, there's a lot more room to pin than add a second magnet :tu: Cheers, Jono olcottr 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/337408-magnetizing-techmarine/#findComment-4839469 Share on other sites
