Warp Talons

So Warp Talons have the Warpflame Strike rule which states that you can'not fire overwatch at them the turn they arrive. 

 

The unit being charged has to overwatch the first unit correct?

 

So if i declare a charge with the warp Talons and then another unit, say Abaddon. Can the unit being charged fire overwatch at the second unit?

If you succeed with the warp talon's charge, then yeah, that would stop any further overwatch attempts. If the talons fail to reach their intended target(s), then warpflame strike does nothing to help other (non warp talon) units that are also charging. Warpflame strike explicitly says that it only prevents overwatch on units that arrived that turn via warpflame strike.
