Praetor Lex
I am feeling the need for additional Techies, but all of the currently-available models seem to be resin (per their descriptions on the GW site). What has been your experience with any recent purchases of GW resin miniatures? Are the issues that were prevalent during the Finecast/Failcast era solved, or do current resin models still require repair to look good? Thank you. Damo1701
I've had much better resin results over the last year or two compared to when it was released. Point of note. If you use the GW website, or a store that is closed one or two days a week, any casting issues will be resolved by the mail order team, who are fantastic with their customer services. If you want to avoid the GW resin, take a look at the Horus Heresy Techmarines on the Forgeworld site. A bit pricier, but generally better quality.
