Hi guys, I've come across a bit of a problem with my Corax White spray, I bought it a couple of months ago from my FLGS, and have misplaced the receipt!

The problem is, even after shaking for a good 5 minutes or so, the spray seems to be leaving white powder all over my models, and it seems to spread down the can when in use, and also smells....odd while spraying. It leaves a rough, grainy finish on my models when finished.

Has anyone else had this happen? Any tips on how to combat it? Or any recommendations for a better white aerosol spray primer?

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you might be holding the can too far away.

I went through approximately 1000000 cans of this while working on my heresy world eaters and i encountered the fuzzy finish a few times when i held the can too far away.  What happens is bits of the paint dry en route to the model and then stick, leaving the little paint flakes like fuzz.

Thanks @guiltysparc! I will try standing a bit closer next time!

If that doesn't work out, I'll go with the Halfords spray like @midlight suggested. I've heard good things about them, and from what I can tell they're cheaper too?
