Brother Clavero
I am searching for stencils of symbols (tactical, heavy support, etc.) that can be used to paint on rhino hatches, land raiders and other vehicles. Does anyone know where I could find some of these? I've tried making some myself but have had little success. Ovidius Incertus
What did you use when you tried to make your own? The tactical arrow and devastator lambda are nice solid shapes without cut outs. The assault squad crossed arrows is maybe a bit more time consuming. If you're dealing with a flat surface like a Rhino hatch, an index card should work fine in my experience. You could also try frisket film if you want an adhesive product, probably available at Hobby Lobby and maybe Michaels. A suitably wide piece of masking tape with a design cut in it would also work. If you've got too many bumpy parts underneath, the rigid index card will work less well. Brother Clavero
Thanks for the reply Ovidius Incertus! I had used a thin plasticard but never got the smooth edges that I was after. I think that the film you mentioned (or even masking tape) may do the trick.
