The way I see it, is you're not really making the most out of the Dreadnought RoW.

 

Mainly: Both contemptors can be put into a single talon to fill only 1 elites slot; take the RoW away and you're army is still legal with none of the Dreadhead RoW Downsides.

 

So, my primary question would be: Why do you want to run the RoW anyways? And if you are deadset on doing so, why aren't you making the most of what the RoW Provides? (aka troop dreads).

And yes, the downsides of FotA make it a really really bad RoW, maybe even worse than BoI.

 

But ... I run it myself nevertheless. And with 5 troop slot Contemptors and no other troop choices.
