Sception Posted August 14, 2017 Share Posted August 14, 2017 They're just a keyword, they don't really do anything in and of themselves, but they also don't cost any points so you'll never be hurting yourself by taking the mark you like thematically on the units you take in your army, at least not directly. Some psychic powers and stratagems key off the marks, and these can be particularly significant during the game.
