Base wargear is free, as is the psyker option. Giving you an unbuffed Smite and 3W meat shields.

 

Or for a trip down memory lane go for the OM Inq in TDA with a Psycannon and Acolytes with Storm Bolters. But this costs 166.

 

If you want more Smite spam and Psychic phase presence, we can always go for some Supreme Command detachments, each giving +1CP as well.

 

Three Inquisitors costs 165 points for 3 unbuffed Smites.

 

While Astra Telepathica Primaris Psykers do the same job (with the potentially hilarious Gaze of the Emperor) for only 120 points.

Certainly is a cheap way to throw in psykers and earn CP - Just remember, every unit killed will (most the time) give a VP, so 3 single acolytes at T3 5+ is some easy money!

Could stick those Acolytes in cover in your backfield to provide three 19" diameter deep-strike denial bubbles.
