Generally speaking, if you've had a particularly good (or bad) experience with a company, the usual reaction is to make a thread praising (or vilifying) them. Of course, it'd be nice to make an actual topic of it, rather than just a simple statement of service but if you want to make a thread of it, then it's up to you how you frame it. :)
