Double check on a legal 8E load out?

I haven't seen the DW entries in the 8E index so I've been working off the old 7E codex.  I'm starting to add some vets to the small DW force I have and want to check before I glue and or drill too many unneeded holes for magnets.

 

A Blackshield can run with two power weapons, right?

 

And a Terminator can have an assault cannon/heavy flamer in addition to a fist/melta?  And a Terminator with a heavy weapon can also still have a Cyclone?

 

Since it's such a small model count force, I wanted to go all out on the magnets for the Terminators and magnetizing the CML is a lot more work than the arms so I wanted to check first.

Yeah, but why would you? You'd lose the awesome bolter, and get no extra attacks. Generally, the sword and axe are best, but even then, it's not a huge difference.

Yes.

Not for nothing, but I also heard that the DA lost access to this as well . . .
