ThomasEll
Just want to confirm that my reading is correct. With Vehicle Squadrons, it says that they must deploy within 6" of each other, but after that act as separate units. My assumption is that this means that if I lose a vehicle in a squadron, the other vehicles do not need to take a morale test. Any dissenting opinions on that reading? Quixus
Sounds correct. Morale tests can only be made after deployment and if models of the unit still exist. Models of a vehicle squadron are considered separate units for all rule purposes after they are initially set up. Ashe Darke
There are some exceptions, sentinels spring to mind. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/338697-vehicle-squadron-morale-test/#findComment-4869421 Share on other sites
Quixus
There are some exceptions, sentinels spring to mind. Sentinels, whether the scout or the armoured variant, do not have the vehicle squadron rule, so they are irrelevant to the question. They are normal units with multiple models. Units with that rule are the exception, and thus allowed to behave differently.
