Gentlemanloser
The Reapers have an ability called Inescapable Accuracy, apart from overwatch, when firing a ranged weapon they always hit on 3+. The Culexes has Etherium, enemy attacks are resolved as if the attackers had a ws or bs of 6+. So what do the Reapers hit on? 3+ because that ability is not technically tied to thier BS characteristic? Lemondish
Well, firstly, it says "regardless of any modifiers" in the Reapers rule. Secondary to that, Inescapable Accuracy doesn't refer to their BS like the Etherium rule does on Culexes. Even though Etherium says that units must resolve attacks as if the attackers had a ws or bs of 6+, Reapers resolve attacks on a 3+ in their rule with no mention of BS, just the necessary roll to resolve a hit. This happens regardless of any impact to their stats or any modifier that may be present. As such, I think Inescapable Accuracy is not affected by Etherium. Dark Reapers can splatter 'em.
