Does Daemonic Ascension disqualify a Chaos Space Marine from being a Chosen of Abaddon?

-Urkrathos should have returned by the 8th Edition, yet he is replaced as Lord Ravager

Have Dharleth or the other Daemon Princes in league with the Black Legion appeared in the 41st Millenium?

Urkrathos was replaced because Celestine killed him, not because of his ascension. It may be that Abaddon only wants mortal astartes in his closest circles but Black Legion showed him having a human warp-seer and a dark mechanicum magos as members of the Ezekarion. A hulking monster in the shadows at the back of the Vengeful Spirit's bridge doesn't seem too much of a stretch.

Can't see why Dhar'leth wouldn't still be around. Presumably daemon princes in the service of the Black Legion are treated in much the same way as other champions or lords of the legion, just mightier on a personal level.

Also! While googling where the apostrophe goes in "Dhar'leth" I noticed that lexicanum has him as a former Night Lord prior to joining the Black Legion and ascending to daemonhood, with the source being the 5th ed. rulebook background on the Antecanis massacre. The same google search also highlighted that Dhar'leth Rul was the name of the Night Lord war leader that Khayon served for six years before the events of Talon of Horus. Seems fair to assume it's the same guy, now working under the sorceror he once hired but otherwise clearly doing pretty well.

Another nice link or easter egg from the BL novels that I hadn't picked up before.
