SolomonKane
Hey guys!! I was wondering what do you use to transport your grey knights army especially your Dreadknights. I was thinking of buying a GW case but i dont know if my dreadknights would be safe in there. Apparently u can transport an imperial knight plus your army but i have my doubts about that.. I would love to see your suggestions!! Thanks in advance!:) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/339039-transportation-question/ Share on other sites
Seizeman
Grey Knights are a small army, so I use a medium sized strong backpack. There's several of those on the market and you can ask at your FLGS to see which one suit you better. I can fit a tray with 2 NDKs, one with 3 razorbacks and 2 with all my infantry, everything well fitted and individually protected, and still have room to spare. Be mindful of stormravens or land raiders, as those are bulky and won't fit in all bags. If you need to transport imperial knights or big armies you may need one of those big cases, but they are not very practical if you are going to use only half the space. Gerhard
I use a Feldherr case for all my armies: https://www.feldherr.net/feldherr-hard-cases/ One of the hard-cases. You'll need the bigger infantry foam to fit Primaris and up. The regular 28 mm is fine for normal marines. Godeskian
I use the GW large case and I magnetise my a Dreadknights at the waist for ease of transport. I can, as I found out an event fit 20 paladins, Draigo, Voldus, a libby an apothecary, two techmarines, 10 strike knights, ten purgators, three Dreadknights and an imperial knight in half a large case Edited September 4, 2017 by Godeskian Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/339039-transportation-question/#findComment-4876989 Share on other sites
Constantine Valdor
I got KR Multicase, and it's worked pretty well for me, plus I have a large bright silver case to carry around my guys with bright silver armor, and it just feels good. Sturdy case, good foam, you can order specific cutouts as well.
