neonmole
Hi guys, Quick rules question. I am pretty sure that when you elect to deepstrike a unit that you must declare during deloyment which turn the unit is coming down. However, a friend of mine asked me where it is in the rules, and I now can't find where it actually states this! Am I wrong? Or if I am right can someone direct me to the place in the rules where it states this. Cheers Joe
Jbird
In the abilities section for every unit that can take a jump pack it states under the jump pack assault rule that 'at the end of any of your movement phases xxx can assault from above'. Can't see anything about needing to inform your opponent at the start of the game and I've never heard that's the case or played it that way
Xenith
No declaration, if you can't see it in the rules, then it's not in the rules!

Karhedron
Just be aware that in matched play, all units in Tactical Reserve have to come in by turn 3 or they count as destroyed.
