Commander Dawnstar
You'd need to go a fair way to 'Chaos' them up, but Primaris Aggressors might fit the bill. Marqol
There are quite a few ways, depends what you are after. As was mentioned, having two havocs together as a weapon team works or aggressors/ centurions. You could also just take a terminator and add bulk and heavy weapons to him, some missile pods, extra guns etc. Aothaine 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/339272-obliterator-substitutes/#findComment-4883759 Share on other sites
Sersi
Or you could just pose two Chaos Space marines on a single base with heavy weapons as a counts as fire team. Sagentus
tbh i think the legs on the oblits models are decent, just need posing. then use a termi body bulked up. As for the arms im not certain how im going to do it yeh, but itll be interesting none the less :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/339272-obliterator-substitutes/#findComment-4884087 Share on other sites

Sagentus
The centurions are good alternatives, I just found there posses to be a bit static for my taste. But the blood god doesnt like anyone who doesnt charge his clossest victim haha Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/339272-obliterator-substitutes/#findComment-4884850 Share on other sites
DuskRaider
I'd suggest for anyone else to look into the FW Myrmidon models. They make great Obliterators. Sagentus
They would work great as oblitz with some adjustment. what does the sprue look like for them? easier to work out how much work would be needed Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/339272-obliterator-substitutes/#findComment-4886172 Share on other sites
Chaeron
I'd suggest for anyone else to look into the FW Myrmidon models. They make great Obliterators. I really like the idea of that! Perfect for a Dark Mech themed army too. Although they're still mutated, Hi-Tech's Terrorizers are a nice alternative. I'm still very partial to the older style Obliterators (that look like they are made of scrap metal!) - and could be another good option if you just didn't want them to have mutated flesh.
