Sicaran battle tank in a competive list?

I have one lying around, wondering if I should paint it for Ultras. Does anyone use it with their competitive lists? It has lascanon sponsons.

I use one pretty much all the time as it is my favourite model in my collection, considering getting a second but not sure what variant to get at the minute with all the new ones coming out. The main one with the fancy autocannons is very good at mowing both infantry and stripping wounds off tanks and things, it's definitely worth it's points in my list at the least!
