Dark talons & dark shrouds

If I run dark talons along side my darkshroud will they gain both the -1 to hit because they’re flyers and the -1 from the darkshroud? Basically asking if they stack?

 

Also if i had 2 darkshrouds next to say a squad of black knights would they gain a -1 to hit off each darkshroud? Totalling -2? Or do they not stack in that way

Yes to the first question, no to the second.

Auras of the same name don't stack, but different abilities with the same effect do stack.

Darkshroud do NOT gain a -1 because they're flyers. They lack the supersonic rule that the Dark Talon does have.

That's not what he asked though.
OP asked if Dark Talons gain the -1 to being hit bonus from a Darkshroud in addition to the -1 from being flyers. Which they do.

If say a unit has a bs of 5+ and they want to shoot at my talon with these mods applying will they be to make the roles with them needing a 7+ to hit? Does it mean they can’t shoot at me or?

It does mean they cannot hit the flyers, but if you're planning such a list, keep in mind that your flyers have to move a lot further than the dark shroud, and you'll lose if you have a list of for instance 2 shrouds and x dark talons, as soon as the shrouds are dead, due to the rule introduced to keep flyer spam at bay. You need models on the ground to play.
